Jan Louis Burggraaf (b. 1964) is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Alda Seafood Holding.
Mr Burggraaf, a practicing lawyer in the Netherlands, was a partner at one of the leading international law firms for 20 years. He is currently one of the founders of Burggraaf & Hoekstra. He has been, and is currently, involved in a large number of mergers and acquisitions of both listed and non-listed companies. His practice covers domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, including public offers. He counsels numerous listed companies as well as family owned businesses.
Mr Burggraaf graduated cum laude from the University of Utrecht in Dutch and International Law. He also studied at the London School of Economics, at the University of Edinburgh and at Harvard LawSchool. Jan Louis received multiple awards: twice for Best Dealmaker, eight times for Best M&A Lawyer and a lifetime achievement award in 2017 for Best M&A Lawyer of the Netherlands.
